• • As a Solutions Engineer at Allium Inc., you will be at the forefront of revolutionizing how institutions interact with blockchain data. Your primary mission will be to bridge the gap between complex blockchain technology and the practical needs of our diverse clientele, ensuring they harness the full power of the Allium platform.
• • You will serve as a trusted technical advisor to our customers, engaging deeply to understand their unique challenges and objectives related to onchain finance and data. This involves translating intricate business requirements into robust, scalable data solutions.
• • A core responsibility will be designing and implementing bespoke data analytics solutions. This could range from developing sophisticated dashboards that visualize transaction trends and user behavior to crafting custom reports that provide critical blockchain metrics for financial reporting, risk assessment, and strategic decision-making.
• • You will be instrumental in guiding customers through the process of ingesting, verifying, and standardizing vast amounts of blockchain data, helping them overcome the inherent fragmentation, complexity, and interpretability issues of raw blockchain information.
• • Your role extends to providing continuous technical support, proactively troubleshooting any issues that arise, and ensuring a seamless and productive experience for all users of the Allium platform.
• • You will act as a vital conduit for customer feedback, meticulously gathering insights on their experiences, pain points, and desired enhancements. This feedback will be crucial in informing product development and will involve close collaboration with our product and engineering teams to prioritize and advocate for new features that align with customer needs.
• • To ensure long-term success and knowledge transfer, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation for customer implementations. This includes detailing the solutions designed, the data models used, and best practices for ongoing operations and future enhancements.
• • You will leverage your deep understanding of blockchain technology, its data structures, and the nuances of onchain finance to educate customers and guide them towards optimal data utilization strategies.
• • The role demands a proactive approach to problem-solving, identifying opportunities to enhance customer value and streamline their workflows through innovative applications of Allium's data layer.
• • You will contribute to building a robust, read-optimized, globally distributed data infrastructure that operates at web scale, enabling institutions to confidently build onchain financial applications, conduct audits, and gain critical market insights.
• • By translating raw blockchain events into standardized financial concepts like payments, trades, and staking income, you will directly contribute to Allium's mission of becoming the definitive system of record for onchain finance.
• • You will work with a variety of customers, including Finance, Accounting, and Risk Teams who require audit-grade answers for reporting and compliance; Engineers and Product Teams needing low-latency, production-ready infrastructure for wallets and trading systems; and Strategy, Research, and Executive Teams seeking clarity on ecosystem economics and market dynamics.
• • Your expertise will be critical in supporting the growing demand for structured, attributable, and auditable data as AI agents begin to transact autonomously, requiring data that goes beyond raw event logs.
• • Ultimately, you will empower institutions to leverage blockchain data with the same confidence they rely on traditional financial data providers like Bloomberg or DTCC, making onchain finance accessible and actionable for both humans and machines.
