- • The Solutions Engineer role at NetBox Labs is critical to accelerating new logo revenue by driving first meetings and creating new selling opportunities for the Sales team, directly impacting customer acquisition and growth.
- • Day to day, the person will research and analyze prospects’ pain points, champion technical positioning, run product demos and proofs of concept, translate technical solutions into value statements, pre-qualify prospects via inbound/outbound campaigns, build revenue pipeline by setting first meetings, and maintain accurate prospect data in HubSpot.
- • The team is fast-paced and collaborative, working closely with the SE Leader, Head of Marketing, Account Executives, other Solutions Engineers, and the VP of Sales to align on strategy, target high-quality prospects, and dynamically adjust sales approach based on market feedback.
- • In this role, the person can learn advanced enterprise SaaS sales techniques, deepen expertise in network automation and observability technologies, refine technical presentation and consultative selling skills, and grow into a trusted advisor role influencing both product and go-to-market strategy.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of direct enterprise Solutions Engineer experience or 5+ years of total relevant experience
- • 4-5 years of experience selling enterprise SaaS or Open Source SaaS to Network Engineering, Network Management, or technical enterprise buyers
- • 2+ years of experience working in a fast-paced startup environment
- • Superior listening, communication (verbal and written), and presentation skills
- • Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesloft, LinkedIn Navigator, Seamless.ai, and similar sales enablement tools
- • Familiarity with NetBox, Network Engineering, Network Automation use cases (Python, Ansible, etc.) and challenges
