- • As a Solutions Engineer at Pareto AI, you will serve as a critical bridge between cutting-edge AI technology and enterprise customer needs, translating complex business challenges into tailored technical solutions that drive real-world impact in AI model development and training.
- • Your role is pivotal in enabling skilled global talent to participate in ethical AI development by designing and delivering customized solutions that align with Pareto’s mission of building fair, collaborative platforms for AI innovation alongside industry and academic leaders.
- • Day to day, you will collaborate directly with prospective and existing enterprise customers to deeply understand their unique business requirements, technical constraints, and AI training objectives, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the engagement lifecycle.
- • You will rapidly prototype and develop customized solutions using Pareto’s platform—leveraging Django, React, Python, and APIs—to address specific customer use cases, ensuring technical feasibility and alignment with product capabilities.
- • You will lead product demonstrations and technical presentations, clearly articulating the value and functionality of proposed solutions to both technical stakeholders (e.g., engineers, data scientists) and non-technical decision-makers (e.g., executives, product leads).
- • You will own end-to-end project delivery, managing timelines, resources, and cross-functional coordination to ensure solutions are deployed successfully, on schedule, and within scope, while maintaining rigorous quality and customer satisfaction standards.
- • You will work closely with sales, customer success, engineering, and operations teams to align on customer needs, share field insights, and contribute to a unified go-to-market and delivery strategy.
- • You will maintain deep expertise in Pareto’s technology stack—including Django 5, Python 3.12, React 18.2, AWS Fargate/ECS/RDS, Redis, and REST APIs—serving as a subject matter expert who can advise both internal teams and customers on product capabilities and limitations.
- • You will establish and nurture feedback loops with customers to capture evolving needs, pain points, and enhancement requests, directly influencing product roadmap decisions and helping shape the future of the platform.
- • Through this role, you will develop advanced skills in enterprise solution architecture, technical sales enablement, and cross-functional leadership, positioning yourself as a hybrid technical-business expert capable of driving innovation in high-growth AI environments.
- • You will gain hands-on experience working at the forefront of ethical AI development, contributing to a platform that empowers global talent to train bespoke AI models under rigorous fairness and collaboration principles, while building a portfolio of impactful customer-facing technical projects.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in project management, solutions engineering, software development, or customer engagement
- • Proficiency with Python and strong skills in REST API usage
- • Familiarity with Postgres or SQL and educational background in web development (or equivalent certifications/experience)
