📋 Description

• • Solutions Engineer at Miter Inc. plays a critical role in ensuring construction contractors successfully launch and scale on the company’s AI-powered HR, finance, and operations platform, directly supporting the mission to modernize outdated systems in the physical economy.
• • Day to day, the Solutions Engineer diagnoses and resolves technical roadblocks during customer implementations, partners with Launch, Product, and Engineering teams to scope requirements and design integrations, supports pre-sales with technical discovery and tailored demos, builds internal documentation on integration patterns, and develops repeatable solutions for common technical challenges.
