- • As a Solutions Engineer at Trellix, you will act as a trusted advisor to clients and channel partners in Poland and the broader Eastern European region, helping them understand and address their cybersecurity and data protection challenges by recommending tailored Trellix solutions.
- • You will lead technical discussions, live demonstrations, and product presentations, clearly articulating the value proposition of Trellix solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders while aligning with customer pain points and business goals.
- • You will collaborate closely with sales teams to develop tailored proposals, conduct technical workshops, and lead proof-of-concept (PoC) projects that address customer-specific use cases, directly supporting revenue growth.
- • You will perform detailed security assessments of clients’ existing infrastructures, identify vulnerabilities, and provide actionable recommendations to enhance their security posture using the Trellix portfolio.
- • You will build and maintain strong relationships with key technical stakeholders, develop internal champions, and represent Trellix at industry events through public speaking and thought leadership contributions.
- • You will stay ahead of emerging cyber threats and industry trends to ensure Trellix solutions remain competitive and relevant, continuously refining your expertise in the evolving cybersecurity landscape.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a pre-sales engineering or technical consulting role within the cybersecurity or IT security field, ideally at a security vendor, systems integrator, or value-added distributor.
- • Strong understanding of core cybersecurity concepts including EDR, XDR, network security, incident response, threat intelligence, and data loss prevention (DLP).
- • Hands-on experience with at least two or more security technologies such as EDR, XDR, network detection and response (NDR), or DLP, with comfort conducting PoCs/PoVs and supporting technical implementations.
- • Familiarity with key regulatory and compliance frameworks relevant to the EU and Eastern Europe, including GDPR, NIS2, and the Polish National Cybersecurity System Act (KSC).
- • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex technical concepts into clear, impactful messages for both technical and business audiences.
- • Proven track record of influencing technical sales processes, helping secure deals by addressing technical challenges and aligning solutions to customer needs.
