- • As a Solutions Engineer at CoderPad, you are the technical authority in pre-sales conversations, translating product capabilities into specific customer needs to drive deal closure and support the company’s mission of creating a more inclusive tech community through fairer technical interviewing.
- • Day to day, you assist with customer discovery, build customized demos, set up enterprise trials, respond to RFPs and security questionnaires, develop proof-of-concepts, and create technical content such as battlecards, integration guides, and solution briefs that empower the entire GTM team.
- • You work within a mission-driven team at CoderPad, a company dedicated to improving technical interviewing by reducing bias and increasing equality of opportunity through standardized, consistent tools.
- • In this role, you will deepen your technical expertise in developer tools, strengthen your ability to align complex solutions with business needs, and build impactful enablement content that accelerates sales cycles and supports customer success.
🎯 Requirements
- • Technical aptitude to understand and explain developer-focused products
- • Experience in pre-sales, solutions engineering, or technical customer-facing roles
- • Ability to build demos, proof-of-concepts, and technical documentation
- • Strong communication skills to translate technical features into customer value
