Solutions Engineer

📋 Description

• • As a Solutions Engineer at Vantage Cloud Inc., you will work hands-on with the company’s most strategic and technically complex customers to ensure successful adoption and long-term value of the FinOps platform, acting as a trusted technical advisor during onboarding and expansion moments.
• • Day to day, you will partner with customers to understand their cloud environments and cost-management goals, design and implement scalable cost allocation and tagging strategies across multi-cloud and Kubernetes environments, support technical onboarding for complex accounts, debug and resolve data ingestion and reporting issues, build custom solutions using Vantage’s APIs and integrations, and surface customer pain points to Product and Engineering teams to influence product direction.
• • Vantage is a high-output, remote-friendly team of ~50 employees based in New York City, backed by $25M from Andreessen Horowitz and Scale Venture Partners, and trusted by industry leaders including Block, FanDuel, Vercel, Temporal, and CircleCI to manage and optimize infrastructure costs across hyperscalers and foundational models.
• • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in cloud cost optimization, influence product development through direct customer feedback, work closely with Engineering and Product teams, and grow as a technical leader in FinOps and cloud infrastructure while solving real-world challenges for enterprise customers.
