📋 Description

• As a Solutions Engineer (Consultant) at Deel, you will serve as the technical authority for the Field Services segment, partnering directly with go-to-market and internal teams to drive customer success by translating complex client needs into scalable, compliant solutions that showcase Deel’s platform value in staffing, RPO, and project-based organizations.
• You will own the end-to-end technical sales cycle, leading discovery workshops, shaping tailored solutions, responding to RFPs, delivering customized demos, and conducting architecture workshops to guide prospects from initial evaluation through implementation hand-off, ensuring technical credibility and deal progression.
• You will build, refine, and scale a field service-specific pre-sales asset library, including demo narratives, compliance frameworks, workforce models, and objection-handling playbooks, while maintaining deep expertise in global employment regulations, immigration trends, and offshore workforce structures to advise on compliant models such as secondments, shadow payroll, and rotational employment.
• You will collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to resolve technical challenges, advocate for customer needs, and influence product roadmaps based on real-world field service use cases, ensuring Deel’s offerings remain relevant and competitive in complex multi-jurisdictional environments.
• You will leverage your entrepreneurial mindset and storytelling abilities to communicate complex technical and compliance concepts clearly, focusing on customer value and business outcomes, with multilingual capability considered a bonus for engaging diverse global clients.
• You will operate in a fast-moving, startup-like environment with opportunities to travel up to 10% of the time, contributing to Deel’s mission of unlocking global opportunity by supporting businesses in scaling compliantly across 150+ countries through an all-in-one HR and payroll platform.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 7+ years of deep, practical experience in the field services industry, with firsthand knowledge of offshore, onshore, or project-based workforce environments and how they are structured, deployed, and managed.
• Demonstrated understanding of various offshore employment models and the ability to advise customers on designing compliant, commercially sound workforce arrangements across multiple jurisdictions.
• Outstanding presentation and storytelling skills, with a consistent focus on customer value; multilingual capability is considered a bonus.
• Entrepreneurial DNA with a positive, can-do attitude, collaborative mindset, and comfort working in a fast-paced, startup environment.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time, both within and outside territory, to support client engagements and internal collaboration.
• Mobility, Commercial, or Tax exposure is considered an added bonus.
