📋 Description

• • As a Solutions Engineer at Crogl Inc., you will serve as the technical voice of the company in every customer engagement, bridging the gap between the capabilities of Crogl’s AI SOC platform and the specific security needs of enterprise clients. Your role is pivotal in driving revenue by earning the trust of technical buyers and enabling Account Executives to close complex deals through deep technical expertise and tailored demonstrations.
• • Day to day, you will own the technical win by leading discovery conversations and delivering high-impact, customized demonstrations of Crogl’s platform — covering alert triage, threat hunting, SIEM migration, and audit readiness — aligned with each prospect’s unique environment and challenges. You will design and lead proof-of-value engagements that translate technical capabilities into measurable outcomes, guiding security teams from initial interest to formal validation. You will act as a trusted advisor to SOC analysts, security architects, and CISOs, building lasting relationships throughout the sales cycle and beyond. Additionally, you will synthesize field insights to influence product roadmap decisions, contribute to building scalable SE functions through reusable demo assets and technical playbooks, and support post-sale teams during early implementation to ensure smooth handoffs and rapid time-to-value for new customers.
• • Crogl is an early-stage, mission-driven company redefining how security teams operate through its AI-powered SOC platform. Joining at this stage means you’ll help build the Solutions Engineering function from the ground up, shaping best practices, creating foundational resources, and directly influencing both go-to-market strategy and product evolution. You’ll work closely with Product, Engineering, and Sales teams in a fast-moving, collaborative environment where your input carries significant weight.
