📋 Description

• • Own the end-to-end technical onboarding journey for Fortune-1000 clients deploying SearchStax’s cloud-native search platform, translating complex requirements into elegant, production-ready integrations that go live in days—not months.
• • Architect and author custom, reusable code in Python and JavaScript that bridges our APIs with client CMSs (especially Drupal), e-commerce stacks, and data lakes, ensuring every search experience is fast, relevant, and on-brand.
• • Lead front-end development for the Solutions Engineering function: pick the right React/Angular/Vue pattern, build accessible UI components, and deliver pixel-perfect search interfaces that delight millions of end-users.
• • Turn cocktail-napkin sketches into working prototypes overnight—then document, test, and package those prototypes into repeatable playbooks that future teammates can deploy with confidence.
• • Act as the post-sales technical quarterback: triage escalations, debug Solr/Elasticsearch queries, tune relevancy algorithms, and coach client developers so they become self-sufficient power users.
• • Continuously refine our implementation methodology—define new runbooks, automate environment setup with Terraform/CloudFormation, and instrument observability so we spot issues before clients do.
• • Collaborate daily with Product, Engineering, and Sales to funnel real-world feedback into the roadmap, directly influencing the next generation of SearchStax features.
• • Stay on the cutting edge—evaluate new cloud services from AWS, Azure, and GCP; experiment with vector search and generative AI; then share learnings in lightning talks and internal tech blogs.
• • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to an inclusive culture where curiosity, humility, and customer obsession are celebrated.
