- • As a Solutions Engineer at Matia, you will be the technical point of contact for customers, leading demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and workshops to showcase the platform’s capabilities and tailor solutions to specific client challenges in the data ecosystem.
- • You will drive customer success by enabling onboarding, supporting technical integrations and data connections, and acting as a trusted technical partner to ensure customers derive maximum value from the Matia platform.
- • You will bridge product and market by collaborating with marketing to create demos and documentation, and partnering with the product team to influence the roadmap based on real-world customer interactions and feedback.
- • You will craft technical content and develop diagrams that illustrate how Matia solves specific use cases, helping customers visualize value and accelerate adoption.
- • Matia is a fast-growing, early-stage startup at the forefront of the DataOps revolution, building a unified platform for end-to-end data management trusted by innovative companies like Ramp, Drata, and Lemonade, backed by leading investors.
- • In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape the company’s go-to-market motion, grow alongside the leadership team, and directly impact product direction through customer insights.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years of experience in SaaS, with at least 2 years in a Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or Solutions Architect role
- • Deep understanding of SQL, analytics, and Python
- • Broad experience with large-scale databases/data warehouses, ETL, analytics, data science, AI/ML, or cloud technologies
- • Early stage startup experience (Seed – Series A), comfortable with ambiguity and change
- • Sharp presentation and public speaking skills
- • Strong communicator able to articulate complex ideas to technical and non-technical audiences
