- • Own the end-to-end merchant journey from pre-sales through go-live and post-launch support, ensuring seamless payment integration and ongoing success.
- • Partner directly with Sales teams to design scalable, customized payment solutions aligned with each merchant’s business model and geographic needs.
- • Lead technical API integrations using REST, webhooks, and SDKs to enable merchants to connect to Yuno’s payment infrastructure rapidly and reliably.
- • Act as a trusted technical advisor to merchants, guiding them on optimizing payment performance, user experience, global payment strategies, and fraud prevention.
- • Diagnose and resolve complex technical integration issues in real-time to unblock merchant onboarding and minimize time-to-revenue.
- • Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to translate merchant feedback into platform improvements that enhance scalability and usability.
- • Drive continuous optimization of key metrics including conversion rates, authorization rates, fraud reduction, and payment routing efficiency.
- • Apply a product mindset by identifying opportunities to automate manual processes, build new tools, and improve the overall merchant onboarding experience.
- • Deliver compelling product demonstrations and technical presentations to non-technical stakeholders, clearly articulating the value of Yuno’s payment solutions.
- • Maintain deep familiarity with global payment methods, regional regulations, and payment orchestration systems across 80+ countries.
- • Work cross-functionally to ensure merchant requirements are accurately reflected in product roadmaps and engineering priorities.
- • Support the growth of Yuno’s global merchant base by enabling seamless adoption of over 1,000 payment methods through a single unified API.
- • Leverage AI-driven routing and fraud prevention technologies to enhance payment success rates and reduce operational friction for merchants.
- • Maintain high standards of communication, documentation, and client engagement throughout the entire customer lifecycle.
- • Adapt quickly to evolving payment landscapes, emerging technologies, and changing merchant demands in international markets.
🎯 Requirements
- • Advanced English language proficiency is mandatory
- • Minimum 8+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer or similar technical role within payments or fintech
- • Proven experience with API integrations (REST, webhooks, SDKs)
- • Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and customers
- • Experience delivering successful product demonstrations and technical presentations
- • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of resolving complex technical integration challenges
