📋 Description

• As a Solutions Engineer at Yuno Technologies Inc., you will own the end-to-end merchant journey from pre-sales to go-live and beyond, playing a critical role in enabling global businesses to integrate and optimize payment solutions through Yuno’s unified API platform.
• Day to day, you will partner with Sales to design smart, scalable payment solutions tailored to merchant needs, lead API integrations (REST, webhooks, SDKs), act as a trusted advisor on performance, UX, and global payment strategies, solve complex technical challenges, and collaborate with Product & Engineering to improve the platform and merchant experience.
• You will be part of the Customer Solutions Team within Yuno’s Go To Market area, working alongside high-performing teams that power payment integrations for global brands like InDrive, McDonald’s, and Uber, enabling access to over 1,000 payment methods across 80+ countries.
• In this role, you will develop a product mindset, drive continuous optimization of conversion, auth rates, fraud, and routing, automate processes, and contribute to shaping Yuno’s payment infrastructure while gaining deep expertise in fintech, API-led integrations, and global payment ecosystems.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 8+ years of experience in a Solutions Engineer or similar technical role within payments or fintech
• Advanced English language skills (mandatory)
• Proven experience with integration processes and working with APIs (REST, webhooks, SDKs)
