📋 Description

• As a Solutions Engineer for Deel HR in the AMER region, you will play a pivotal role in driving customer success by bridging technical expertise with go-to-market strategy, directly contributing to Deel’s mission of unlocking global opportunity through its all-in-one HR and payroll platform.
• You will partner with Account Executives to support prospective clients throughout the sales lifecycle—from discovery to implementation hand-off—by translating complex HR and compliance needs into scalable, compliant, and technically sound solutions that showcase Deel’s platform value.
• Work directly with go-to-market teams to deliver technical wins by demonstrating how Deel’s HRIS, payroll, compliance, benefits, performance, and equipment management capabilities solve real-world global workforce challenges.
• Consult with prospective customers to assess their current HR processes, tooling, and pain points, identifying gaps and opportunities to propose optimized future-state solutions aligned with their business goals.
• Own solution discovery, RFP responses, live platform demonstrations, and integration/architecture workshops, serving as the trusted technical voice during sales cycles.
• Translate customer requirements into detailed solution designs and implementation recommendations, ensuring alignment across stakeholders on scope, timeline, resources, and success criteria.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to advocate for prospect needs, resolve technical blockers, accelerate deal velocity, and refine value messaging based on field feedback.
• Develop and maintain technical enablement assets including demo narratives, discovery frameworks, reference architectures, FAQs, and competitive positioning guides to empower the sales team and improve consistency.
• Support Partnership and Marketing initiatives such as webinars, industry events, co-branded content, and joint solution workshops as needed to expand market reach and thought leadership.
• Stay current on evolving technology trends, integration patterns (e.g., APIs, SSO, data sync), security standards (SOC 2, ISO 27001), and global compliance requirements (GDPR, CCPA, local labor laws) to maintain solution credibility and trust.
• You will join a highly distributed, high-performing team of over 7,000 Deelites across 100+ countries, speaking 74 languages, united by a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and customer obsession.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Solutions Engineer, Pre-Sales Consultant, or similar technical sales role in HRIS, HR tech, or enterprise SaaS.
• Proven experience working with Global HRIS providers or deep understanding of the hire-to-retire HRIS workflow, including payroll, benefits, compliance, and performance management modules.
• Outstanding presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders; multilingual ability is a strong plus.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, startup-like environment with a collaborative, entrepreneurial mindset and a can-do attitude.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time, domestically and internationally, to support customer engagements and internal initiatives.
