  • • As a Solutions Engineer for Deel HR in the AMER region, you will play a pivotal role in enabling global companies to hire, pay, and manage talent compliantly across borders by showcasing the technical and strategic value of Deel’s all-in-one HR platform.
  • • You will partner closely with Account Executives to guide prospective clients through the sales journey—from discovery to implementation hand-off—by translating complex HR and compliance needs into tailored, scalable solutions that demonstrate clear business value.
  • • Your work will directly impact customer success and deal velocity, positioning you as a trusted technical advisor who bridges product capabilities with real-world HR challenges in a fast-moving, high-growth SaaS environment.
  • • What the person will do day to day:
  • • Collaborate with go-to-market teams to deliver technical wins by demonstrating how Deel’s platform solves specific HRIS, payroll, compliance, and workforce management pain points for prospective clients.
  • • Conduct discovery sessions with prospects to assess current HR tech stacks, identify gaps in global hiring, payroll, or compliance processes, and propose optimized future-state architectures using Deel’s integrated suite.
  • • Own solution discovery, lead RFP responses, conduct live platform demonstrations, and facilitate integration and architecture workshops to validate technical fit and build stakeholder confidence.
  • • Translate detailed customer requirements into solution designs and implementation recommendations, ensuring alignment on scope, timeline, resources, and success criteria across sales, product, and delivery teams.
  • • Partner with Product, Engineering, and Operations to advocate for prospect needs, resolve technical objections, accelerate deal progression, and refine messaging based on real-world feedback.
  • • Practice constructive disruption by challenging outdated sales enablement assets, identifying process inefficiencies, and improving demo narratives, discovery frameworks, and competitive positioning materials.
  • • Develop and maintain technical enablement resources including reference architectures, FAQs, battle cards, and use-case-specific demo scripts to empower the broader go-to-market team.
  • • Support Partnership and Marketing initiatives such as webinars, industry events, co-branded content, and joint solution workshops as needed to amplify Deel’s market presence.
  • • Continuously monitor emerging technology trends, integration patterns (e.g., HRIS, ERP, ATS), and evolving global compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, local labor laws, data residency) to maintain solution credibility and relevance.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Solutions Engineer or Pre-Sales Consultant in a B2B SaaS or enterprise technology environment.
  • • Proven experience working with Global HRIS platforms, including deep understanding of the hire-to-retire workflow (onboarding, payroll, benefits, performance, offboarding).
  • • Outstanding presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical value clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders; multilingual ability is a strong plus.
  • • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, startup-like environment with a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset and a track record of driving results through collaboration.
  • • Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time to support client engagements, internal workshops, or team events as needed.
  • • Experience supporting partnership, marketing, or enablement initiatives such as webinars, events, or content creation is preferred.
