- • Deel is seeking a highly motivated and technically adept Solutions Engineer, specializing in Deel HR for the EMEA region, to join our dynamic go-to-market and internal teams. This pivotal role is designed to drive customer success by acting as a crucial bridge between prospective clients and Deel's comprehensive HR platform. You will be instrumental in showcasing the immense value, unwavering credibility, and precise technical fit of Deel's offerings to potential customers, ensuring they understand how our solutions can revolutionize their global HR operations.
- • As a Solutions Engineer, you will engage directly with Account Executives, providing essential technical expertise throughout the entire sales cycle. Your primary responsibility will be to deeply understand prospective clients' unique challenges, current HR processes, and existing tooling. Through insightful discovery calls and consultations, you will identify critical gaps and untapped opportunities, subsequently architecting and proposing optimized future-state solutions that leverage the full power of the Deel platform.
- • You will serve as the primary technical authority during sales engagements, taking ownership of critical pre-sales activities. This includes conducting thorough solution discovery, crafting compelling responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), delivering impactful platform demonstrations tailored to specific client needs, and leading technical integration and architecture workshops. Your ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear, concise, and value-driven manner will be paramount to securing technical wins and building client confidence.
- • A key aspect of this role involves translating intricate customer requirements into well-defined solution designs and actionable implementation recommendations. You will be responsible for aligning all stakeholders—both internal and external—on the proposed scope, the technical approach, and the agreed-upon success criteria, ensuring a shared understanding and commitment from the outset.
- • Collaboration is at the heart of this position. You will work closely with our Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to champion the needs and feedback of our prospects. By effectively unblocking technical questions, accelerating deal velocity through proactive problem-solving, and refining our value messaging based on real-world interactions, you will contribute significantly to the overall success of the sales organization.

This includes crafting compelling demo narratives, designing effective discovery frameworks, creating reference architectures, compiling comprehensive FAQs, and developing clear competitive positioning guides. These resources will empower the broader go-to-market team and ensure consistent, high-quality technical engagement.
- • Furthermore, you will provide essential technical support for Partnership and Marketing-led initiatives. This may involve contributing to webinars, participating in industry events, developing technical content, and co-leading joint solution workshops, extending Deel's technical reach and thought leadership.
