- • As a Solutions Engineer for the Enterprise sales segment at 1Password, you will play a key role in enhancing sales efficiency and accelerating deal cycles by delivering technical expertise, industry context, and customer-specific insights to win enterprise deals.
- • You will partner closely with Account Executives to align 1Password's solutions with customer use cases, manage proof-of-concepts (POCs), and ensure value is clearly communicated throughout the sales process, acting as a technical advisor to strategic stakeholders.
- • You will join a mission-driven cybersecurity company trusted by over 180,000 businesses, including Fortune 100 leaders and innovative AI companies, to build a safe, productive digital future through Unified Access Management and human-centric security solutions.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in 1Password’s product suite, collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Sales Enablement, and Customer Experience teams, and grow your ability to influence go-to-market strategy while mastering enterprise sales methodologies like MEDDPICC.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer or in similar customer-facing roles in a B2B environment.
- • 3+ years of experience working directly with enterprise customers as a Solutions Engineer in a multi-product SaaS company.
- • Proficiency in collaborating with Account Executives to accelerate deal success and ownership of end-to-end PoCs that demonstrate solution value.
- • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to disseminate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- • Strong familiarity with IAM, SCIM, AD, CLI, SSO, SaaS, and modern sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC.
- • Ability to work autonomously, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
