- • As a Solutions Engineer on ServiceTitan’s Enterprise Pro Product team, you will play a vital role in helping the Sales team acquire new customers by translating complex technical capabilities into clear, practical business value for prospects. You will partner closely with sales, R&D, and onboarding teams to deliver tailored product demonstrations, support enterprise sales initiatives, and ensure alignment between product capabilities and customer needs.
- • Day to day, you will lead custom product demos based on customer workflows, support special projects for the Enterprise Sales Team as the lead technical representative, collaborate with R&D and Sales on product roadmap strategy, enable new hires and internal teams on product functionality and talk tracks, analyze customer fit for recommended products, reposition objections with creative workflow solutions, create documentation for implementation teams, maintain industry-specific demo scripts, respond to RFIs/RFPs, and serve as a subject matter expert on product updates and their implications for business owners.
- • You will join a high-performing Sales team at ServiceTitan, a company dedicated to empowering trade and service businesses with innovative software solutions. The Solutions Engineering team is a critical enabler of customer acquisition and revenue activation, working cross-functionally to ensure technical excellence and customer-centric solutions are delivered at scale.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in enterprise sales engineering, strengthen your ability to bridge technical and business domains, gain exposure to product strategy and go-to-market planning, and develop leadership skills through mentoring and enabling teammates. You’ll have the opportunity to shape how ServiceTitan’s software is positioned and delivered to complex enterprise clients, directly impacting customer success and company growth.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4 years of experience in sales engineering and/or relevant experience in Sales, Product, or Engineering
- • Associate degree required
- • Proven track record of success within or assisting the Sales organization at a previous company
