- • As a Solutions Engineer on ServiceTitan’s Property Care team, you will play a critical role in helping win new customers by blending technical product knowledge with sales acumen to demonstrate how ServiceTitan’s software solves real business challenges for pest, lawn, pool, and spa businesses.
- • Day to day, you will partner with the Sales team to lead custom product demos based on customer workflows, support enterprise sales projects as the lead technical representative, collaborate with R&D and Onboarding on product roadmap strategy, enable new hires with up-to-date product knowledge, analyze customer fit for recommended features, reposition objections with creative workflow solutions, create documentation for implementation teams, maintain industry-specific demo scripts, respond to RFIs/RFPs, and serve as a subject matter expert on product updates.
- • You will join a high-impact Sales team where Solutions Engineering is a vital component, working cross-functionally with R&D, Sales, and Onboarding to scale customer acquisition and revenue activation in the Property Care vertical.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in enterprise sales engineering, strengthen your ability to translate technical capabilities into business value, gain exposure to product strategy and go-to-market execution, and develop leadership skills through enabling teammates and influencing product direction.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4 years of experience in sales engineering and/or relevant experience in Sales, Product, or Engineering
- • Associate degree required
- • Proven track record of success within or assisting the Sales organization at a previous company
- • Natural ability to think and act proactively to address roadblocks and issues
