📋 Description

• As a Solutions Engineer at ElevenLabs, you will play a pivotal role in scaling the company’s voice AI platform for enterprise customers across India and globally, acting as a technical bridge between product, sales, and clients to ensure seamless adoption and impactful deployment of AI-driven audio solutions.
• You will collaborate closely with Account Executives to strengthen the technical credibility of the sales process, translating complex AI capabilities into clear value propositions that resonate with technical stakeholders and decision-makers in fast-growing startups and large enterprises alike.
• Your day-to-day will involve working directly with technical contacts from customers and prospects to understand their infrastructure, challenges, and goals, then designing and advocating for tailored integrations of ElevenLabs’ platforms—ElevenAgents, ElevenCreative, and ElevenAPI—into their existing workflows.
• You will craft compelling, customized technical demonstrations and proof-of-concepts that showcase the real-world utility of ElevenLabs’ AI voice, speech, music, image, and video generation capabilities across 70+ languages, helping clients visualize ROI and technical feasibility.
• A key part of your role will be creating scalable technical enablement resources—including integration guides, sample code, architecture diagrams, and FAQs—that empower both the sales team and customers to self-serve and reduce friction in the adoption cycle.
• You will identify recurring integration patterns or feature requests from multiple customers and work proactively with product and engineering teams to productize these insights, turning bespoke solutions into standardized features that benefit the broader user base.
• By building self-service tools, documentation, and automation scripts, you will reduce dependency on manual support and increase the scalability of ElevenLabs’ go-to-market motion, directly contributing to faster sales cycles and higher customer satisfaction.
• You will operate within ElevenLabs’ high-velocity, AI-first culture, where experimentation is encouraged, hierarchies are minimal, and impact is measured by outcomes—not titles—allowing you to take ownership of problems and drive solutions across functions.
• As part of a global, distributed team, you will collaborate with researchers, engineers, and operators from diverse backgrounds, including IOI medalists and ex-founders, fostering a learning environment where technical excellence and creativity are paramount.

🎯 Requirements

• Passion for AI, technology, and ElevenLabs’ product suite, with a genuine interest in understanding how generative AI can solve real-world customer problems.
• Proven experience working directly with customers in a technical capacity, whether through professional roles, side projects, or academic initiatives, demonstrating comfort in translating technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Strong technical background in software development, with proficiency in Python and a deep understanding of software architecture, APIs, and common integration patterns (e.g., REST, webhooks, SDKs).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize with customers, sales, and product teams, and adapt messaging effectively across different stakeholders.
• Talent for identifying recurring technical patterns or pain points across customer interactions and the initiative to propose scalable, productizable solutions.
• Self-motivated, autonomous, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, minimally bureaucratic environment where initiative and impact are valued over formal job descriptions.
