📋 Description

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for prospects evaluating Lakera’s AI security platform, translating customer requirements into tailored solutions using Check Point's AI Defense Plane.
• Partner closely with Sales and Customer Success teams to guide prospects through the evaluation process and ensure seamless onboarding and adoption for new customers.
• Design and implement technical demonstrations, proofs of concept, and custom configurations to showcase the platform’s capabilities in securing AI stacks and enabling enterprise AI use cases.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, playbooks, and implementation guides to standardize pre-sales workflows and support post-sales customer success efforts.
• Deliver minor technical changes and integrations required for prospect and customer deployments, ensuring smooth deployment of the platform within enterprise environments.
• Collect and synthesize feedback from customers and prospects to directly inform Product and Engineering teams, influencing the product roadmap with real-world use cases and pain points.
• Build scalable Solutions Engineering practices by creating repeatable processes, templates, and best practices to support rapid growth and consistent customer experiences.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to align technical delivery with business goals and customer outcomes.
• Present technical solutions in one-on-one meetings, small group sessions, and at industry conferences, demonstrating deep technical knowledge and customer empathy.
• Navigate complex enterprise security, compliance, and IT procurement processes when implementing B2B AI security solutions for Fortune 500 companies and startups.
• Support enterprise customers in configuring and integrating the platform within their existing cloud infrastructure, particularly on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Advocate for secure and ethical AI adoption by aligning technical solutions with the company’s mission to ensure AI does what its creators intend.
• Operate with autonomy in a fast-paced startup environment, taking ownership of projects from initial engagement through successful deployment and customer value realization.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of AI security threats, adversarial attacks, and enterprise AI deployment trends to provide accurate, forward-looking technical guidance.
• Represent Lakera at industry events and within customer environments, reinforcing brand credibility and technical leadership in the AI security space.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, or similar role.
• Proficiency in Python and JavaScript ecosystems.
• Proven track record of enabling large-scale implementations on at least one hyperscaler (AWS, GCP, Azure), with preferred experience in Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
• Experience navigating enterprise security, compliance, and IT processes for B2B product deployments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to present effectively to technical and non-technical audiences in 1:1, group, and conference settings.
• Demonstrated experience working directly with large enterprise customers and managing complex technical sales cycles.

• Total on-target earnings (OTE) range of $170,000 to $210,000 based on 80/20 compensation split.
