- • You will play a pivotal role in the sales cycle, engaging with Fortune 500 enterprises across diverse sectors including retail, financial services, insurance, healthcare, telecommunications, consumer goods, and travel.
- • Your primary responsibility will be to deeply understand prospective customer needs, uncovering their unique requirements for advanced privacy governance solutions.
- • You will craft and deliver compelling product demonstrations tailored to both technical and non-technical audiences, including executive-level stakeholders, showcasing the power and sophistication of our AI-driven platform.
- • A key aspect of this role involves articulating the technical value proposition and highlighting the key differentiating capabilities of our platform to prospective customers and partners, ensuring they grasp the full scope of its benefits.
- • You will be instrumental in preparing and presenting comprehensive proposals and Statements of Work (SOWs), as well as responding to Requests for Information (RFIs), demonstrating a thorough understanding of client needs and our solutions.
- • Collaborating closely with Sales and Product Development teams, you will contribute to the development of bespoke enterprise solutions that precisely address client challenges.
- • Your involvement extends beyond the initial sale, providing crucial post-sales follow-up, technical training, and assisting with post-implementation support to ensure seamless integration and customer satisfaction.
- • You will lead and execute Proof-of-Concept (POC) initiatives, meticulously planning and executing them to guarantee total customer satisfaction and validate the platform's efficacy.
- • A significant part of your role will involve engaging in high-level technical discussions, confidently conversing with Chief Information Officers (CIOs) and Chief Information Security Officers (CISOs) about complex data privacy and security matters.
- • You will be responsible for developing detailed technical architecture diagrams, flow charts, and comprehensive documentation that clearly illustrate the proposed solutions and their implementation pathways.
- • This role demands a strong understanding of enterprise security and privacy requirements, enabling you to position our solutions effectively within the complex regulatory landscape governed by GDPR, CCPA, LGPD, and PIPL.
- • You will leverage your knowledge of IT Operations to ensure that proposed solutions are practical and align with existing infrastructure and operational frameworks.
- • Your excellent problem-solving and analytical skills will be crucial in diagnosing customer challenges and architecting effective solutions.
- • Working independently with a results-focused mindset, you will drive the technical aspects of the sales process to successful closure.
