📋 Description

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for enterprise prospects evaluating Lakera’s AI security platform during the sales cycle, translating customer requirements into technical solutions aligned with Check Point’s AI Defense Plane.
• Collaborate directly with Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless onboarding, rapid value realization, and successful adoption of the platform by enterprise customers.
• Design and deliver technical demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and tailored architectures that address enterprise AI security needs, including adversarial misalignment, model poisoning, and data leakage risks.
• Configure and customize the platform to meet prospect and customer-specific environments, including integrating with existing security stacks, cloud infrastructure, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Create and maintain scalable technical documentation, playbooks, and implementation guides to standardize pre-sales and post-sales workflows across global teams.
• Act as a liaison between customers and internal Product and Engineering teams, feeding real-world use cases, pain points, and feature requests directly into the product roadmap.
• Support the scaling of the Solutions Engineering function by developing repeatable processes, escalation protocols, and training materials for new team members.
• Conduct technical workshops, webinars, and presentations for technical and non-technical stakeholders, including CISOs, security teams, and AI engineers, both in-person and remotely.
• Assist in evaluating and validating customer infrastructure requirements related to hyperscaler environments (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerized deployments using Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise security, governance, and IT policies during implementation, navigating procurement, audit, and risk assessment processes.
• Maintain a deep understanding of emerging AI threats, attack vectors, and defensive strategies to position Lakera’s solutions as the industry standard for secure AI deployment.
• Champion ethical and secure AI adoption by aligning customer implementations with Lakera’s mission to ensure AI does what humans intend it to do.
• Operate autonomously in a fast-paced startup environment, prioritizing initiatives that drive customer success and sales velocity with minimal oversight.
• Represent Lakera at industry events, conferences, and partner ecosystems to build brand awareness and establish thought leadership in AI security.
• Contribute to the internal Slack community ‘Momentum’ by sharing insights, best practices, and feedback related to AI safety and security.
• Work in a hybrid model with expectation to engage in-office in Tel-Aviv to foster team culture, collaboration, and alignment with product and engineering teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, or similar role
• Proficiency in Python and JavaScript ecosystems
• Demonstrated experience enabling large-scale implementations on AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform
• Understanding of enterprise security, compliance, and IT procurement processes
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting to technical and executive audiences
