đź“‹ Description
- • As a Solutions Engineer at Heidi Health, you will serve as the primary technical point of contact throughout the sales cycle, playing a critical role in unlocking new deals and expanding the company’s footprint with existing customers by bridging clinical needs with technical solutions in enterprise healthcare environments.
- • You will lead deep technical and clinical workflow discovery sessions with prospects across Enterprise and Mid-Market segments to uncover EHR dependencies, integration requirements, security needs, and compliance considerations, ensuring Heidi’s AI Care Partner aligns with real-world clinical operations.
- • Collaborating closely with Product and Engineering teams, you will design tailored solutions that map Heidi’s AI platform capabilities to specific customer workflows, balancing innovation with roadmap feasibility and technical constraints.
- • You will deliver compelling product demos and technical presentations to stakeholders including IT, InfoSec, and engineering teams, translating complex AI capabilities into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- • Owning technical responses for RFPs, security assessments, and due diligence processes, you will ensure precision and attention to detail in addressing customer concerns around data privacy, AI governance, and regulatory compliance.
- • Proactively identifying and resolving technical objections that slow down sales cycles, you will act as a trusted advisor on EHR integrations, security architecture, and clinical workflow alignment, accelerating deal velocity.
- • Partnering with implementation teams post-signature, you will develop structured PRDs and handoff documents to ensure smooth transitions, while feeding field insights back to product and engineering to inform future product development.
- • Operating autonomously in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment, you will own your practice by contributing to process-building, sharing responsibility for team standards, and driving progress without compromising trust or reliability.
- • You will collaborate with like-minded professionals in a culture that values honest feedback, steady support, and shared growth, where ideas rise on merit and everyone is empowered to make others better.
- • This role offers the rare opportunity to create global impact by contributing to a platform that has already restored over 18 million hours to healthcare professionals and powers more than two million patient visits weekly across 116 countries.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3–6 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Consulting, preferably in SaaS, healthcare, or enterprise software
- • Proven experience leading and owning technical and clinical workflow discovery sessions with enterprise clients
- • Working knowledge of EHR/EMR systems and healthcare integration standards including HL7, FHIR, and REST APIs
- • Ability to synthesize technical complexity and communicate clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences, including IT, InfoSec, and clinical stakeholders
- • Comfortable with approximately 25–50% travel for onsite customer engagements
- • Experience supporting sales cycles with healthcare providers, health systems, or EMR vendors
🏖️ Benefits

- • 401(k) plan with 3% company match
- • Personal development budget of $500 per annum

- • Rare chance to create global impact in a leading healthtech startup powering over two million patient visits weekly
