📋 Description
- • As a Solutions Engineer at Luminovo, you will serve as the technical backbone of the company's go-to-market momentum, bridging sales and customer success by delivering technical demos, building ROI cases, and owning customer onboarding to accelerate time-to-value in the electronics supply chain software space.
- • Day to day, you will join Account Executives on sales calls to run technical demos of the Luminovo platform, conduct deep dives to build tailored ROI cases for OEM and EMS prospects, and own the first 4–8 weeks of customer onboarding including tenant configuration, training, and ensuring rapid value realization.
- • You will be part of Luminovo’s expanding North American team, working collaboratively with a global, international team headquartered in Munich with hubs in New York, Berlin, and other locations, supporting a mission to unite data, processes, and stakeholders in the trillion-dollar electronics industry.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in the Luminovo platform and electronics manufacturing landscape, sharpen your ability to translate technical concepts for industry experts, and turn field insights into product feedback—positioning yourself for growth as the team scales.
