  • • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for enterprise prospects evaluating Lakera’s AI security platform, translating customer requirements into tailored technical solutions using Check Point’s AI Defense Plane.
  • • Partner with Customer Success teams to ensure rapid customer onboarding and accelerated time-to-value, guiding clients through initial configurations and implementation workflows.
  • • Design, develop, and maintain technical documentation, implementation guides, and pre-sales playbooks to standardize and scale the solutions engineering function across the sales lifecycle.
  • • Execute minor technical customizations and product configuration changes required to meet prospect and customer implementation needs, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure.
  • • Act as a bridge between customers and internal Product and Engineering teams by synthesizing feedback from enterprise clients to inform product roadmap priorities and feature enhancements.
  • • Enable large-scale AI security deployments across AWS, GCP, or Azure cloud environments, leveraging expertise in containerization (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes), and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform).
  • • Present technical demonstrations and architecture overviews to diverse audiences including C-suite executives, security teams, and engineering stakeholders, both in 1:1 settings and at industry conferences.
  • • Navigate complex enterprise procurement, compliance, and security governance processes to facilitate smooth B2B product adoption among Fortune 500 companies and regulated institutions.
  • • Build scalable, repeatable workflows and best practices that establish a foundation for a growing Solutions Engineering team within a fast-moving startup environment.
  • • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to ensure alignment on customer outcomes, product capabilities, and market feedback loops.
  • • Contribute to Lakera’s mission of securing AI systems by advocating for ethical, secure, and aligned AI deployment practices with customers and internal teams.
  • • Maintain deep familiarity with adversarial AI threats and the operational challenges enterprises face when deploying generative AI models in production environments.
  • • Demonstrate proactive ownership of technical initiatives, consistently driving projects to completion with minimal supervision in a dynamic, high-urgency startup culture.
  • • Represent Lakera at industry events and community forums to elevate brand visibility and engage with the broader AI safety and security ecosystem.
  • • Provide technical support during pilot programs and proof-of-concept engagements, ensuring successful outcomes that lead to expansion and long-term customer retention.
  • • Stay current with evolving AI security threats, cloud architectures, and enterprise compliance standards to maintain technical credibility and provide accurate guidance to prospects and clients.
