  • • As a Solutions Manager at Zip, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful adoption and integration of our platform for new enterprise clients. Your primary responsibility will be to lead the onboarding process, delving deep into customer requirements and leveraging creative product configuration to address their unique challenges. This hands-on role demands end-to-end ownership of the implementation lifecycle, requiring you to build out customer processes from the ground up.
  • • You will be instrumental in empowering our clients by conducting comprehensive training and Q&A sessions, equipping key stakeholders with the knowledge and confidence to utilize the Zip platform independently, thereby minimizing the need for ongoing support.
  • • Proactive project management will be a cornerstone of your role, as you will orchestrate multiple customer onboardings simultaneously, meticulously managing requirements, timelines, and tasks to ensure smooth and efficient implementations.
  • • To facilitate successful project delivery, you will delegate and oversee project-related activities, collaborating effectively with supporting solutions and technical consultants, ensuring alignment and efficient execution.
  • • A crucial aspect of this position involves close collaboration with our product and engineering teams. You will contribute valuable insights into which customer requests align with our strategic roadmap and which may not, while adeptly managing customer expectations regarding product capabilities and future development.
  • • Ultimately, your success will be measured by your commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving the fastest possible successful onboarding. This requires a "whatever it takes" attitude, demonstrating resilience and a problem-solving mindset.
  • • Furthermore, you will be tasked with continuously refining our post-sales processes. Your efforts will focus on identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency, streamline workflows, and accelerate the time-to-value for our customers, ensuring they realize the full benefits of the Zip platform as quickly as possible.
