  • • As a Solutions Manager at Zip, you will play a pivotal role in the success of our enterprise clients. Your primary responsibility will be to lead the onboarding process for new enterprise customers. This involves a deep dive into understanding their unique business requirements and then creatively configuring our product to precisely address their challenges and strategic objectives.
  • • You will be entrusted with the end-to-end implementation for these new enterprise clients. This is a hands-on role where you will be expected to roll up your sleeves and meticulously build out the customer’s procurement processes from the ground up, leveraging the capabilities of the Zip platform.
  • • A key aspect of your role will be to conduct comprehensive training and Q&A sessions for customers and their key stakeholders. The goal is to empower them with the knowledge and skills to utilize the product independently, minimizing the need for ongoing support from the Zip team.
  • • Effective and proactive project management will be crucial as you will be managing multiple customer onboardings simultaneously. You will be responsible for tracking requirements, tasks, and timelines across all your assigned projects to ensure smooth and timely delivery.
  • • You will have the opportunity to delegate and oversee project-related activities, working closely with supporting solutions and technical consultants to ensure efficient execution and adherence to project plans.
  • • Collaboration is key. You will work closely with our product and engineering teams to provide valuable insights into customer needs and feature requests. This collaboration will help determine which customer requests align with our product roadmap and which may not, allowing you to effectively set expectations with customers regarding product capabilities and future development.
  • • Ultimately, your success will be measured by your commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving successful onboarding as rapidly as possible. You will be empowered to do whatever it takes to make our customers happy and realize value from Zip quickly.
  • • You will be instrumental in continuously improving our post-sales processes. By identifying areas for enhancement and implementing solutions, you will help our customers accelerate their time to value and maximize their return on investment with Zip.
  • • This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders. You will be a trusted advisor to our clients, guiding them through their procurement transformation journey with Zip.
