  • • As a Solutions Manager at Zip, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful adoption and value realization for our enterprise customers. This role is deeply customer-facing and requires a blend of strategic thinking, hands-on configuration, and proactive project management. You will be the primary point of contact for new enterprise clients, guiding them through the entire implementation lifecycle from initial requirements gathering to full product adoption.
  • • A core responsibility will be leading the onboarding process for new enterprise customers. This involves a deep dive into their unique business requirements, understanding their existing procurement workflows, and creatively configuring the Zip platform to address their specific challenges and opportunities. You will be instrumental in translating customer needs into actionable product configurations, ensuring that Zip becomes an indispensable tool for their operations.
  • • You will be responsible for leading the end-to-end implementation for new enterprise customers. This is a hands-on role where you will "roll up your sleeves" and actively build out the customer’s processes from scratch using the Zip platform. This includes setting up workflows, defining user roles, integrating with existing systems where applicable, and ensuring a seamless transition to the new procurement system.
  • • Empowering customers through comprehensive training and knowledge transfer is another key aspect of this role. You will lead engaging training sessions and Q&A forums with customers and their key stakeholders. The goal is to equip them with the knowledge and confidence to utilize the product effectively, minimizing the need for ongoing support and fostering self-sufficiency.
  • • Proactive project management is essential for success in this position. You will be managing multiple customer onboardings concurrently, meticulously tracking requirements, tasks, and timelines to ensure each project stays on schedule and meets its objectives. This requires exceptional organizational skills and the ability to anticipate and mitigate potential roadblocks.
  • • To effectively manage project workloads and ensure timely delivery, you will delegate and oversee project-related activities to supporting solutions and technical consultants. This involves clear communication, setting expectations, and ensuring the quality of work delivered by the broader implementation team.
  • • A crucial part of this role involves close collaboration with Zip's product and engineering teams. You will act as a liaison, gathering valuable customer feedback, identifying common requests, and contributing to the product roadmap by advising on which customer requests align with our strategic vision and which do not. You will also be responsible for managing customer expectations regarding feature development and product capabilities.
  • • Ultimately, your mission is to "do whatever it takes" to ensure customer satisfaction and successful onboarding. This includes going above and beyond to resolve issues, address concerns, and accelerate the customer's time to value. Your dedication and proactive approach will be key to building strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • • Furthermore, you will be tasked with continuously improving Zip's post-sales processes. By analyzing implementation workflows, identifying areas for optimization, and implementing best practices, you will help our customers achieve value from the Zip platform more rapidly and efficiently. This commitment to continuous improvement will be vital as Zip continues to scale and serve an expanding global customer base.
