- • As the Southeast Regional Personal Lines Leader at Brown & Brown Insurance, you will be instrumental in shaping and driving the strategic direction and operational success of our Personal Lines (PL) business across Florida, Georgia, and South Carolina.
- • This pivotal leadership role is built on a foundation of meritocracy, rewarding initiative and a steadfast commitment to delivering exceptional value to our customers.
- • You will be tasked with developing and executing a comprehensive, multi-year strategic business plan specifically designed to foster sustainable organic growth within the Personal Lines sector.
- • This plan will be a collaborative effort, requiring close partnership with various stakeholders, including the Retail Senior Leader, Market and Office Leaders, and other PL Leaders operating within the defined region.
- • Key strategic elements will encompass not only meeting and exceeding ambitious growth and revenue targets but also focusing on critical areas such as customer acquisition, client retention, articulating and enhancing our unique value proposition, and robust talent acquisition and management.
- • A core responsibility will be to lead and actively drive regional pipeline development and revenue growth. This will be achieved through fostering strong partnerships with our producers and providing direct support to ensure the successful closing of new business opportunities.
- • You will be expected to proactively engage with local market contacts and industry professionals to expand our network, enhance brand visibility, and effectively promote the Brown & Brown brand and its comprehensive capabilities.
- • Leading and nurturing our Super Regional carrier partnerships will be crucial to ensuring both short-term success and long-term strategic alignment and profitability.
- • A significant aspect of your role will involve identifying and addressing any gaps in teammate training, developing robust succession plans, and spearheading recruiting efforts to ensure we attract and retain top talent, acting as a true "talent magnet" within the region.
- • You will cultivate and strengthen relationships with our most valued customers and Centers of Influence (COIs) within the region, actively seeking opportunities to expand these relationships into new avenues for business growth for Brown & Brown.
- • You will champion and lead the implementation of all training and development initiatives designed to empower the team to fully leverage Brown & Brown’s extensive capabilities for our clients.
- • Simultaneously, you will ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality service standards that meet and exceed expectations for the defined Personal Lines segment.
- • This role demands a leader who can inspire and motivate teams, foster a positive and high-energy sales culture, and consistently contribute to regional growth goals that meet or surpass budget expectations.
- • The position combines strategic leadership, sales acumen, sophisticated relationship management, and hands-on client engagement within the dynamic risk management and insurance industry.
- • Furthermore, you are expected to maintain a high level of engagement within the local community, building networks and representing Brown & Brown effectively.
- • Success in this role requires a deep understanding of private client insurance markets and proven sales strategies, applying this expertise to drive tangible business growth.

- • This role requires routine or periodic travel, potentially involving driving a personal vehicle or rental. A clean Motor Vehicle Record and maintaining minimum acceptable insurance coverages are mandatory requirements.
