📋 Description
- • As an Application Specialist in Chromatography LC, LC/MS/MS, you serve as a technical and scientific expert supporting sales and service teams across the full customer lifecycle—from prospecting to after-sales—driving revenue growth by identifying product evolution opportunities and delivering high-value, differentiated solutions.
- • Day to day, you will create and deliver training for field teams on new LC and LC/MS/MS features, provide technical support during customer visits, conduct product demonstrations at client sites or in PerkinElmer’s demo center, develop and coordinate Try and Buy/collaboration opportunities, train customers on MatChar solutions, develop and implement client applications, support Southern European account managers and HTDS reseller, collaborate with Product and Service Managers on product improvements, conduct competitive market analysis, build relationships with French VIPs and decision-makers, and represent PerkinElmer at regional/national meetings and industry conferences.
- • You will join PerkinElmer, a global leader in scientific solutions with over 80 years of innovation, dedicated to advancing science for a healthier world. The company provides analytical instruments and OneSource services to commercial, government, academic, and healthcare customers worldwide, backed by a trusted global service network and distribution infrastructure.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in LC and LC/MS/MS technologies, strengthen your technical presentation and training skills, expand your commercial acumen by identifying market opportunities, build a professional network across key French industries, and contribute directly to product innovation and customer success in toxicology, environmental, and related sectors.
🎯 Requirements
- • Specialized knowledge of HPLC and LC/MS/MS technologies
- • Experience in a similar role working closely with sales and/or support teams on LC and LC/MS/MS products
- • Understanding of techniques, applications, and market for MatChar instruments, ideally in toxicological and environmental fields
- • Intermediate proficiency in MS Office Suite, with Excel being essential
- • Ability to create and deliver training sessions
- • Scientific background (Master’s or PhD) or equivalent experience in LC/MS/MS chromatography technologies
- • Professional English (reading, writing, speaking)
- • Willingness to travel for business
