Full Job Description

đź“‹ Description

  • • As a Special Projects Lead at Fira Health, you will own critical operational domains end-to-end, driving the integration of AI-powered automation with real-world care delivery to transform the $140B home health industry by eliminating administrative waste and enabling scalable, high-margin care at the speed of an AI company.
  • • You will own and execute high-impact, ambiguous operational initiatives—such as intake, clinical operations, RCM, or growth and partnerships—by mapping complex workflows, identifying leverage points, and translating real-world clinician and operator needs into precise product requirements that engineering can build against, ensuring solutions are both technically sound and operationally viable.
  • • You will build and lead teams from the ground up, hiring, onboarding, and developing operators while designing scalable team structures and performance metrics that align with business outcomes, creating a culture of ownership, clarity, and continuous improvement in early-stage functions that don’t yet exist.
  • • You will work directly with founders, engineering, and clinical teams to define KPIs, build dashboards, and surface insights that drive strategic decisions on pricing, deployment, and product expansion, ensuring your domain’s impact is visible, measurable, and aligned with the company’s mission to unlock care for the 30% of patients currently going untreated.
  • • You will operate in a high-trust, low-ego environment where your curiosity, analytical rigor, and ability to thrive in ambiguity are valued more than pedigree—giving you unparalleled ownership to shape not just processes, but the future of healthcare delivery in America, with clear pathways to grow into strategic finance, product leadership, P&L ownership, or a COO role based on your strengths and impact.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 2–4 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking/private equity, product operations, or similar analytically rigorous environments (e.g., MBB, high-velocity startups, workflow automation companies)
  • • Proven track record of owning and executing complex, cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders and workstreams, with ability to articulate load-bearing decisions and their impact
  • • Strong analytical skills including comfort with SQL, Excel modeling, and self-served data analysis to guide decisions and prioritize investments
  • • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills—able to synthesize complex topics into clear, concise, actionable insights for technical and non-technical audiences

🏖️ Benefits

  • • Competitive base salary + equity with strong upside tied to performance and company expansion
  • • Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and 401(k) matching
  • • Opportunity to work directly with founders and world-class AI talent from Character AI, Scale, Palantir, Citadel, and Jane Street
  • • High-impact role with clear growth paths into strategic finance, product leadership, P&L ownership, or COO-style responsibilities based on individual strengths and contributions
