• • As a Special Projects Lead at Fira Health, you will own critical operational domains end-to-end, driving the integration of AI-powered automation with real-world patient care delivery in the home health industry. Your work will directly impact how the company scales by transforming inefficient workflows into high-leverage systems that reduce administrative waste and improve care access.
• • Day to day, you will own and execute complex operational initiatives in areas such as intake, clinical operations, revenue cycle management, or growth and partnerships—mapping workflows, identifying bottlenecks, building cross-functional specifications, leading operator teams, and defining KPIs that measure impact on care delivery and financial performance.
• • Fira Health is building an AI-native physical care platform to fix US healthcare, starting with home health—a $140B industry burdened by administrative waste. Backed by elite AI talent from firms like Palantir, Jane Street, and Scale, and combined with healthcare and strategy veterans, the company is creating a new care model with 30pp higher gross margins than incumbents, aiming to serve the 30% of patients currently going untreated.
• • In this role, you will develop deep operational expertise, lead high-impact initiatives from zero to one, build and scale teams, and position yourself for future leadership in product, finance, or operations—including potential paths toward P&L ownership or a COO role—by solving problems that directly affect patient outcomes and system efficiency.
