📋 Description

• The Specialist, EH&S Generalist role at Carrier Global Corporation is critical to ensuring environmental, health, and safety compliance across the U.S. West Region, directly supporting the company’s mission of delivering safe, sustainable climate and energy solutions.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting site audits and inspections, identifying hazards, facilitating EHS training, managing incident reporting and investigations, maintaining compliance records, supporting contractor pre-qualifications, and assisting in the development and improvement of EHS programs and policies.
• The role operates within Carrier’s North America Field Business team, part of a global leader in intelligent climate and energy solutions with a legacy of innovation since 1902 and a commitment to sustainability, safety, and customer-centric operations.
• The position offers opportunities to develop expertise in EHS program management, risk assessment, regulatory compliance, training delivery, and cross-functional collaboration, while contributing to a culture of safety and continuous improvement across multiple markets and job sites.

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• 3+ years of practical environmental health and safety experience
• Willingness to travel domestically up to 50%
