As a Specialist, In-Plant, you will be an integral part of a cross-functional team embedded within our client's facilities, serving as the primary point of contact for resolving operational requirements for both drivers and fleet managers.
  • • Your core responsibility will be to expertly manage the complete product lifecycle from an operational standpoint, addressing a wide spectrum of client needs. This includes, but is not limited to, inquiries and issues related to vehicle purchases, maintenance scheduling and oversight, insurance claims, administrative processing (gestorĂ­as), and end-of-lease procedures. You will also provide personalized, high-touch support to VIP users, ensuring their fleet management experience is seamless and exceptional.
  • • A critical aspect of your role involves meticulously maintaining up-to-date controls and databases with accurate client fleet information. This requires a keen eye for detail and a commitment to data integrity, ensuring that all records are current and reflect the precise status of the client's fleet.
  • • You will be instrumental in the timely resolution and escalation of any situations that could potentially impact the business relationship. This involves proactive communication and collaboration with Element's Operations and/or Commercial teams, as well as working in tandem with the Fleet Partner Solution team to ensure comprehensive support and swift problem-solving.
  • • Furthermore, you will provide essential support in the implementation and design of communication campaigns focused on fleet administration. This includes developing strategies for effective communication with the operational areas within Element, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and aligned.
  • • Your responsibilities will extend to the generation of purchase orders, the management of annual or monthly provisions, and the crucial validation of invoices. You will also be responsible for diligently tracking payments to ensure contractual obligations are met, maintaining financial accuracy and operational efficiency.
  • • This role demands a proactive and solution-oriented mindset, where you will anticipate client needs and identify opportunities for process improvement, always aligning proposed enhancements with Element's company policies.
