- • The Payroll Specialist role at Entegris, Inc. is pivotal to ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant compensation for all employees and contractors, directly supporting organizational trust and operational stability by upholding payroll integrity and regulatory adherence.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include processing bi-weekly payroll for employees and contractors, maintaining accurate payroll records and data integrity, resolving discrepancies and responding to employee and management inquiries, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws, collaborating with HR on employee lifecycle changes (new hires, terminations, status changes), assisting in annual payroll tax return and W-2 preparation, and continuously improving payroll processes and systems for greater efficiency.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field.
- • In-depth knowledge of ADP, Workday, and MS Excel for payroll processing and data management.
- • Strong understanding of federal, state, and local payroll regulations and compliance requirements.
- • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and payroll calculations.
- • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with proven ability to prioritize tasks under tight deadlines.
- • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with employees, management, and HR partners.
