- • The Specialist, Production Process Integration role at Scout Motors is critical to ensuring stable operations and production readiness by supporting process integration as a key contact. This position helps shape the future of transportation by contributing to the launch of an iconic American electric pickup truck and rugged SUV brand, reinforcing Scout’s legacy of innovation, respect, and hard work.
- • Day to day, the person will coordinate and develop the production process landscape, align production processes with external interfaces, define and improve production workflows, ensure documentation and implementation of processes in line with standards, maintain structured process tracking in Jira, apply AI-based tools to enhance documentation and alignment, identify and resolve process gaps and risks, prepare decision-ready reports for leadership, facilitate cross-functional workshops, and contribute to continuous improvement by simplifying and stabilizing processes.
