📋 Description

• • The Specialist, Sales Enablement role at DoorDash Australia Pty Ltd supports regional field enablement efforts for the In-Store line of business, driving performance and consistency across the customer journey by delivering training that improves ramp time, win rates, retention, and expansion.
• • Day to day, the Specialist will act as a bridge between central strategy and frontline teams, delivering training on product, positioning, and processes; creating feedback loops; supporting new hire onboarding, product education, call reviews, and workshops; and partnering with senior enablement managers and Pre/Post Sales leaders to improve execution and adoption of best practices.
• • The Sales Enablement team operates within the In-Store Strategy & Operations organization at SevenRooms, powered by DoorDash, a hospitality technology platform that helps restaurants drive revenue and profitability through data-driven guest relationships and exceptional experiences. The team aligns with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Marketing, and Operations to build and execute programs that enhance performance and support business growth.
• • In this role, the Specialist will develop expertise in sales enablement, gain hands-on experience designing and delivering impactful training programs, strengthen cross-functional collaboration skills, and contribute directly to team performance excellence by improving seller readiness and effectiveness in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
