- • As a Specialist Software Architect at NICE Ltd., you will lead the architectural vision and evolution of the AI-driven Conversational Solutions platform, shaping the technical foundation that handles millions of daily interactions with 99.99% SLA and zero-downtime deployment requirements.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include owning end-to-end architecture design for AI model integration, knowledge bases, and microservices; defining cloud-native, scalable solutions using AWS services; driving event-driven architectures with SQS, SNS, and Step Functions; and ensuring resilience, security, and compliance across AI workloads.
- • You will collaborate with Product Management, AI/ML, and delivery teams as a technical mentor, leading architecture reviews and design councils while championing simplicity, pragmatism, and long-term maintainability in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in enterprise-scale AI orchestration, cloud-native microservices, and GenAI architectures, while influencing the long-term AI roadmap and reducing technical debt at a global leader serving 25,000+ businesses and 85 Fortune 100 companies.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent work experience
- • 10+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 4–5 years in a software architect or principal engineer role
- • Deep hands-on experience with Python, AWS Cloud services (including Bedrock, Kendra, Lambda, API Gateway, SQS, SNS, Step Functions, DynamoDB, S3, Aurora Serverless), and AWS Knowledge Hub
- • Proven experience designing microservices architectures and AI-driven or Conversational AI platforms at enterprise scale
- • Strong understanding of RAG architectures, embedding pipelines, prompt engineering, LLM integration patterns, and modern authentication standards (OAuth2, OIDC, SAML)
- • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes), and event-driven systems using message queues and streaming architectures
