  • • As a Specialist Software Engineer (Chatbot) at NICE Ltd., you will work as a member of the Expert team to configure and build integrations based on customer requirements, directly impacting CXone’s revenue recognition and customer satisfaction through timely and accurate deployments.
  • • Day to day, you will engage with customers to understand business needs, document requirements, configure products, assist with go-live steps, track billable hours, ensure adherence to adjustment policies, and escalate potential delays to implementation managers.
  • • You will join a global leader in AI, cloud, and digital customer experience software, serving 25,000+ businesses including 85 Fortune 100 companies, with over 8,500 employees across 30+ countries, known for innovation and market leadership.
  • • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in chatbot integration, prompt engineering, API implementation, and conversational UX while gaining exposure to enterprise-scale SaaS deployments and cross-functional collaboration with US-based teams.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 8-12 years of experience required
  • • Proven experience as a Bot Developer or in a similar role involving integration and customization, such as chatbot integration with platforms like Google Dialogflow or IBM Watson
  • • Knowledge of Prompt Engineering
  • • Good understanding of modern authentication standards (OAuth2, OIDC, SAML)
  • • Good understanding of browser security (CORS, X-frame-options)
  • • Good understanding of HTML (iframe, CSS)
  • • Good understanding of JavaScript / jQuery
  • • Ability to read API documentation and implement proof of concepts
  • • Strong understanding of user experience and conversational interfaces
  • • Good verbal skills for communicating with customers and peers during design and code reviews
  • • Excellent troubleshooting and debugging skills on SaaS applications
  • • Creation of design docs, functional requirements docs, test use cases, and deployment guides
  • • Product knowledge and ability to adapt previous integrations to meet customer requests
  • • Flexibility to extend hours to exchange information with US team
  • • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a high-level environment
