  • • As a Specialty Sales Representative for Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Inc., you will be at the forefront of driving commercial success within the dynamic field of dermatology in Canada. This pivotal role is designed for an ambitious and results-oriented individual who thrives in a high-performance culture and is eager to make a significant impact on patient lives through innovative medicines.
  • • Your primary responsibility will be to expertly manage and develop your assigned territory, encompassing British Columbia and Manitoba. This involves meticulous account planning, strategic segmentation, and targeted engagement with healthcare professionals (HCPs) to ensure optimal reach and adoption of Regeneron's specialized dermatological treatments.
  • • You will be instrumental in establishing and nurturing high-quality interactions with HCPs. This requires a deep and continuously updated scientific understanding of the product, its approved indications, and the brand's core sales messaging. Your ability to translate complex scientific information into clear, compelling value propositions will be key to your success.
  • • A core aspect of this role involves the strategic implementation of the overarching Brand Plan at a local level. You will develop and execute a tailored account plan, leveraging key data sources, market insights, and an in-depth understanding of the local dermatological landscape to achieve territory objectives.
  • • Collaboration is paramount. You will work closely with medical colleagues to implement regional programs and relevant activities that directly address the needs of HCPs and their patients. This cross-functional teamwork ensures a cohesive and supportive approach to patient care and treatment.
  • • To maximize market penetration and share of voice, you will adeptly leverage all available communication channels. This includes not only traditional face-to-face interactions but also a sophisticated utilization of digital channels, remote calls, approved e-mail communications, and other digital platforms, in collaboration with various internal functions.
  • • Proactive and clear reporting of results, market developments, and key learnings to the Immunology leadership team is essential. Your insights will inform strategic decision-making and contribute to the ongoing success of the brand.
  • • You will embody Regeneron's commitment to innovation and patient-centricity, acting as a trusted partner to HCPs and contributing to the company's mission of developing life-transforming medicines.
  • • This role offers a unique opportunity to operate within a "start-up" model, as you will be part of a completely new team. This environment fosters agility, innovation, and the chance to shape new ways of working within a leading pharmaceutical company.
  • • You will be responsible for ensuring that the asset's commercial objectives are met by effectively communicating key messages to HCPs, always in alignment with best practices and ethical guidelines.
  • • Developing and maintaining excellent partnerships, both internally and externally, is crucial. Your collaborative spirit and ability to foster strong relationships will be highly valued.
  • • The role demands a proactive approach to customer engagement, utilizing a multi-channel strategy to optimize interactions and build lasting relationships with healthcare providers.
  • • You will be empowered to drive your territory with autonomy, demonstrating strong business acumen and strategic planning capabilities.
  • • This position requires a commitment to continuous learning and professional development, staying abreast of the latest advancements in dermatology and pharmaceutical sales strategies.
  • • Ultimately, you will contribute to Regeneron's overarching goal of inventing, developing, and commercializing medicines that make a profound difference in the lives of patients facing serious diseases.
