• • At the core of your responsibilities will be the provision of comprehensive remote speech therapy services, including evaluations and ongoing therapy sessions, tailored to a diverse pediatric caseload. You will utilize Expressable's proprietary, clinician-built technology platform, which includes our intelligent AI assistant, Scout. Scout is designed to significantly streamline documentation and administrative tasks, freeing you to dedicate more time to what truly matters: building meaningful connections with your clients and delivering evidence-based, high-quality care. Your clinical acumen will be applied to diagnosing communication disorders and developing individualized, measurable care plans. A key aspect of our approach is a strong emphasis on caregiver education and active engagement, ensuring that families are equipped with the knowledge and tools to support their loved one's progress outside of therapy sessions.
• • Accuracy and timeliness in documentation are paramount, and you will be expected to maintain meticulous records in accordance with Expressable's rigorous quality standards. Your active participation in required trainings, team communications, and compliance tasks will be essential to our collective success and the consistent delivery of exceptional care. To ensure uninterrupted service for our clients, you will also provide coverage for your colleagues' paid time off and sick leave, demonstrating a commitment to team collaboration and continuity of care. • • This role demands a minimum of 36-40 hours of availability per week, with scheduling flexibility that includes afternoon and evening availability to accommodate the diverse needs and schedules of our clients and their families. You will be equipped with company-provided hardware to facilitate your clinical work and will benefit from paid subscriptions to essential resources like SLPNow and Super Duper, in addition to free in-house ASHA-approved CEUs. Our dedicated support teams are in place to minimize administrative burdens, allowing you to focus on your clinical practice. Furthermore, you will become part of an active and supportive therapist community of over 200 SLPs nationwide, fostering collaboration and shared learning.
