• As a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with Expressable, you will leverage our cutting-edge, secure telehealth platform and our innovative clinician-built AI assistant, Scout, to redefine the delivery of speech therapy.

• You will be responsible for conducting comprehensive remote speech therapy sessions and evaluations, catering to a diverse pediatric population with a wide range of communication needs.

• Your role will involve meticulous and timely completion of all documentation, adhering strictly to Expressable's high-quality standards, ensuring seamless record-keeping and compliance.
• We value continuity of care, and you will be expected to provide coverage for PTO and sick leave for fellow clinicians, ensuring our clients consistently receive the support they need.
• Active participation in required trainings, team communications, and essential compliance tasks is crucial to maintaining our high standards of care and operational excellence.
• Expressable is deeply committed to the professional growth of our SLPs. You will have ample opportunities to pursue ongoing development through dedicated mentorship programs, access to internal Continuing Education Units (CEUs), and participation in monthly Grand Rounds sessions.
• This role requires a commitment of at least 36-40 hours of availability per week, with scheduling flexibility that includes afternoon and evening availability to best accommodate the needs of our clients and their families.
• You will be instrumental in building strong therapeutic relationships, not just with the children you serve, but also with their families, fostering a collaborative environment that maximizes therapeutic impact.
• Our clinician-built platform, integrated with Scout, is specifically designed to streamline documentation and administrative burdens, freeing you to dedicate more meaningful time to direct client interaction and high-quality therapeutic delivery.

• You will utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques and modalities, adapted for the telehealth environment, to address articulation, language, fluency, voice, and social communication goals.
• Caregiver training and education will be a significant component of your role, equipping families with the strategies and tools necessary to support their child's progress outside of therapy sessions.
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of best practices in pediatric speech-language pathology and teletherapy is essential, ensuring you are providing the most effective and current interventions.
• You will collaborate with other members of the Expressable team, including clinical supervisors and support staff, to ensure coordinated and comprehensive client care.

🎯 Requirements

• ASHA Certification / Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) and an individual NPI number.
• Current Georgia state license in Speech-Language Pathology, or the willingness to obtain one prior to the start date.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant post-Clinical Fellowship (CF) experience working with pediatric populations.
• Demonstrated experience in conducting speech and language assessments.
• Reliable high-speed internet connection and comfort with utilizing teletherapy platforms and other digital communication tools.
• Strong computer literacy, including proficiency with standard office software, and the ability to independently learn and adapt to new technological systems.
