- • The Sr. Account Manager at Penn Mutual Life Insurance Company serves as a primary contact for distribution partners, focusing on developing, managing, and maintaining positive relationships with Financial Professionals and Field Office Staff to ensure smooth New Business processes.
- • Day to day, the role involves serving as a key point of contact for internal partners and Financial Professionals, coordinating across teams to resolve cases, escalating complex matters, applying product and underwriting knowledge to process cases accurately, proactively identifying issues, ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality standards, providing timely updates, explaining requirements clearly, maintaining accurate documentation, supporting associate onboarding through coaching, acting as a subject matter expert, and contributing to process improvements.
