  • • Sr Account Manager at OpenX Technologies, Inc. is a strategic, client-facing role focused on driving revenue growth and deepening partnerships with high-value omnichannel publisher clients across OpenX’s programmatic advertising marketplace. This role is critical to OpenX’s mission of unlocking the full economic potential of digital media by ensuring publishers maximize yield, efficiency, and value from OpenX’s technology stack, including header bidding, oRTB, server-to-server integrations, and private marketplace (PMP) solutions. As a trusted advisor, the Sr Account Manager acts as the primary liaison between publishers and internal teams, translating business goals into actionable strategies that strengthen long-term partnerships and increase client lifetime value.
  • • Day to day, the Sr Account Manager will own and manage a portfolio of top-tier publisher clients, conducting regular business reviews to assess performance, identify growth opportunities, and align on strategic objectives. They will develop and execute account plans that drive adoption of OpenX’s advanced solutions, including header bidding wrappers, real-time bidding (oRTB), and server-to-server integrations, while collaborating with Solutions Architects to ensure technical implementation success. The role involves proactive communication with publishers to troubleshoot issues, optimize yield, and recommend product enhancements based on market trends and client feedback. Additionally, the Sr Account Manager will partner closely with Publisher Business Development to identify expansion opportunities, work with Buyer Development to ensure demand quality and relevance, and coordinate with Product teams to relay client insights that inform roadmap priorities. They will also prepare and deliver executive-level presentations, track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CPM, fill rate, and revenue lift, and maintain accurate forecasting and reporting in CRM systems.

They will gain exposure to senior-level publisher stakeholders and executive teams, building credibility as a trusted advisor in the ad tech ecosystem. Over time, the role offers the opportunity to influence product strategy through client feedback, lead complex renewal and expansion negotiations, and position oneself for advancement into leadership roles such as Director of Publisher Strategy or Head of Publisher Partnerships, all while contributing directly to OpenX’s growth and market leadership in the digital advertising industry.
