- • As a Sr. Account Manager in DTN’s Weather Systems division, you will be the strategic owner of client accounts in the aviation sector, driving long-term success, partnerships, and revenue growth through consultative advisory and deep customer relationships.
- • Day to day, you will build trusted relationships with key stakeholders, maintain deep understanding of client needs, develop territory and account plans, provide proactive recommendations, ensure customer satisfaction, identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities, conduct business reviews, negotiate contract renewals, and collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to optimize solutions.
- • You will join a global team at DTN, a leader in operational decisioning for weather, energy, and agriculture, where precision, trust, and action are core values, and you’ll support mission-critical industries with AI-powered insights that safeguard infrastructure and optimize supply chains.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in weather-driven industries, master consultative sales and account planning, strengthen your ability to drive revenue through expansion strategies, and grow your impact as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients in a high-growth, innovative environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Sales preferred, or equivalent experience
- • 5+ years of experience in software and/or SaaS sales
- • 5+ years of experience in account management, consultative sales, or B2B client relations
- • Strong understanding of Energy, Utilities, Transportation, or Renewable industries
- • Fluency in German (written and spoken at business level)
- • Proficiency in SFDC for tracking leads and managing pipelines
