  • • As a Sr. Account Partner Manager at TruStage, you will be instrumental in driving the growth and success of our Preplanning Solutions products across the United States. This pivotal role focuses on identifying, recruiting, and nurturing new distribution partners, primarily within the Preneed Insurance sector. You will be the primary liaison, fostering strong, collaborative relationships with these partners to ensure their success and, by extension, the success of TruStage.
  • • Your core responsibility will involve developing a robust pipeline of potential new distribution partners. This requires proactive prospecting, engaging potential partners, and guiding them through a seamless onboarding process. Once partners are contracted, your role shifts to optimizing their sales performance, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and tools to effectively sell our Preplanning Solutions.
  • • You will act as the key point of contact for assigned distribution accounts, continuously working to enhance and deepen the business relationship. Success in this area will be measured by tangible outcomes such as increased sales production, the successful onboarding of new partners, the effective execution of sales strategies, and the profitable growth of our product mix.
  • • A significant aspect of this role involves leveraging data analytics and market trends to identify opportunities for sales production and profitable growth. You will analyze performance metrics, understand market dynamics, and translate these insights into actionable strategies for your partners.
  • • In collaboration with senior leadership, you will help establish and implement strategic sales goals for the Preneed market. This includes developing detailed implementation plans, meticulously measuring, tracking, and communicating progress against these goals to your partner accounts.
  • • A crucial part of your role is to upskill the sales field force of your partner organizations. This involves training and development initiatives focused on driving Preneed Sales, with a particular emphasis on promoting a profitable product mix. Your expertise will empower their sales teams to achieve better results.
  • • You will be a vital conduit for market feedback, making recommendations for new products or enhancements based on observations and insights gathered from the field. This input is critical for the continuous improvement and innovation of TruStage’s offerings.
  • • Your contributions will extend to the broader Preneed business planning process. You will develop comprehensive business action plans for Preneed Sales, encompassing all distribution channels and new acquisitions, and will be responsible for updating these plans as market conditions evolve.
  • • You will meticulously gather and analyze detailed information about agents and counselors within your partner organizations. This data-driven approach will inform the development of targeted sales strategies designed to achieve profit and growth objectives within your assigned territory.
  • • You will proactively propose products and services that align with the strategic plan and contribute to the profitable growth of both your assigned accounts and the overall Preneed Partner relationship.
  • • Performance management is key. You will manage sales performance against plans using metrics and scorecards to evaluate productivity, sales discipline, quality, and financial results. Based on this analysis, you will develop and implement specific action plans to boost profitability, utilizing data analytics and trend analysis to drive behavioral changes and increase focus on key objectives.
  • • You will be responsible for developing and delivering compelling monthly, quarterly, and annual Business Reviews. These presentations will showcase results, forecasts, and reports on sales activity and opportunities, providing valuable insights to both TruStage and your partners.
  • • Maintaining a deep and current understanding of activities, challenges, and opportunities within your assigned territory is essential. You will collaborate cross-functionally to ensure an exceptional Agent and Client experience.
  • • All activities will be diligently tracked in Salesforce, providing partners with clear data demonstrating the value of their relationship with TruStage and the impact of your efforts.
  • • This role requires a proactive, strategic, and data-informed approach to partner management, aiming to foster mutual growth and success in the competitive preneed market.
