- • As a Senior Advisor, Email & SMS Marketing Enablement at ALSAC, you will be at the forefront of transforming how we engage with our audiences through sophisticated, data-driven marketing strategies. This role is pivotal in leading enterprise-level initiatives that leverage the power of personalized communication across email and SMS channels, directly contributing to the mission of finding cures and saving children.
- • You will serve as the strategic and business-side technical lead, bridging the gap between complex business objectives and the technical teams responsible for delivering scalable, technology-powered solutions. Your expertise will be crucial in spearheading net-new initiatives, optimizing audience engagement, and ensuring strict adherence to evolving data privacy standards, all while fostering seamless, high-impact campaign execution through cross-team collaboration.
- • A core aspect of your role will be Strategic Campaign Enablement. This involves designing and executing intricate email and SMS marketing journeys using Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement and Data Cloud. You will be responsible for leading segmentation, automation, and personalization strategies, ensuring they are tightly aligned with overarching business objectives and ALSAC's mission.
- • In terms of Data Management & Audience Strategy, you will develop advanced data management plans essential for personalized marketing. This includes creating sophisticated segmentation automations, establishing robust reporting frameworks, and deriving actionable performance insights. You will also play a key role in activating audience strategies within Salesforce Data Cloud to achieve precise targeting at scale, maximizing the impact of our communications.
- • Compliance & Deliverability Leadership is another critical area. You will champion consent and preference management initiatives, ensuring ALSAC remains fully compliant with TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and other relevant regulations. This includes implementing rigorous data hygiene practices and actively monitoring sender reputation using industry-standard tools like Validity to maintain optimal email deliverability.
- • Your role will necessitate extensive Cross-Functional Collaboration. You will act as a key stakeholder in enterprise-wide initiatives, working closely with Product, IT, and Performance Marketing teams to ensure marketing solutions are perfectly aligned with business goals. Furthermore, you will enable and refine cross-channel testing strategies designed to generate valuable insights and continuously optimize campaign performance.
- • Technology Adoption & Team Enablement will be a significant focus. You will lead the charge in adopting new features and technologies within the email and SMS marketing stack. Your guidance and input will be invaluable to the technical teams responsible for operationalizing these new technologies, ensuring smooth integration and maximum benefit.
- • Finally, you will contribute to Roadmap Development. Collaborating with leadership, you will help shape the strategic direction of the Email & SMS Marketing Enablement roadmap, identifying innovative use cases and opportunities for advancement. You will also assist in defining and measuring the operational success metrics for the delivery of new technologies, ensuring accountability and continuous improvement.
