Full Job Description

đź“‹ Description

  • • Own the full-cycle recruitment of elite financial advisors and advisory teams across the nation, partnering with 140+ offices to identify, attract, and secure the talent that will shape the next chapter of Wealth Enhancement Group’s growth story.
  • • Build and continuously refresh a high-caliber pipeline of active and passive candidates by leveraging every available channel—industry conferences, advisor networks, LinkedIn Recruiter, niche job boards, alumni associations, referral programs, and targeted email campaigns—ensuring a diverse slate for every open role.
  • • Serve as the primary relationship manager for prospective advisors from first touch through signature, conducting exploratory calls, virtual office tours, compensation modeling, and cultural-fit assessments while positioning WEG as the employer of choice for independent-minded planners who crave scale, technology, and community.
  • • Collaborate daily with Regional Directors, Practice Management, Compliance, Marketing, and Onboarding teams to craft tailored recruitment strategies, create compelling collateral (videos, landing pages, social posts), and design seamless transition plans that reduce time-to-productivity to under 90 days.
  • • Translate market intelligence into actionable insights: monitor competitor moves, compensation trends, FINRA/SEC regulatory shifts, and demographic data to refine sourcing tactics and maintain a 3-to-1 qualified-candidate-to-opening ratio.
  • • Drive data discipline by owning the Workday ATS, ensuring real-time requisition updates, accurate disposition codes, and weekly funnel analytics that inform leadership decisions and budget allocation.
  • • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion by implementing targeted outreach to women, BIPOC, and next-gen advisors; partner with internal ERGs to host quarterly virtual events that showcase WEG’s culture and career paths.
  • • Curate an exceptional candidate experience: deliver white-glove communication, coordinate panel interviews, negotiate offers, and shepherd background checks, licensing verifications, and Form U4 transfers so new hires feel supported—not stressed.
  • • Mentor junior sourcers and coordinators, sharing advanced Boolean search strings, CRM hacks, and closing techniques that elevate the entire talent acquisition function.
  • • Contribute to annual workforce planning by forecasting advisor demand across high-growth markets, scenario-modeling attrition, and recommending recruitment marketing spend that yields a 4x ROAS.
  • • Continuously refine the EVP (Employer Value Proposition) by gathering advisor testimonials, spotlighting success stories, and amplifying them across digital channels to double inbound applications year-over-year.
  • • Uphold strict compliance with FINRA, SEC, and EEOC regulations, partnering with Legal to audit job descriptions, interview guides, and offer letters for fairness and risk mitigation.
  • • Celebrate wins—ring the (virtual) bell when a $500M team signs, share lessons learned when a deal stalls, and maintain a feedback loop that turns every placement into a playbook for the next.
