  • • Join HighLevel, a rapidly growing, AI-powered, all-in-one sales and marketing platform, as our Sr. Affiliate Compliance Specialist. We empower over 2 million businesses globally, including agencies, consultants, and entrepreneurs, to enhance their digital presence and drive substantial growth. Our platform is a powerhouse, processing billions of API hits and message events daily, managing vast amounts of data across multiple databases, and operating with a sophisticated network of over 250 microservices. As a remote-first company with over 1,500 team members in 15+ countries, we foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and impact, where innovation is celebrated and people are paramount.
  • • In this critical role, you will be the guardian of our affiliate channel's integrity, ensuring adherence to all relevant policies, legal requirements, and industry best practices. You will serve as the primary escalation point for complex and sensitive compliance matters, requiring a high degree of accountability, meticulous attention to detail, and sound judgment. Your expertise will be instrumental in navigating the complexities of affiliate marketing regulations and maintaining the trust and long-term health of our partner ecosystem.
  • • You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and enforcing robust compliance frameworks for our affiliate program. This includes staying abreast of evolving legal landscapes, regulatory changes, and industry standards related to affiliate marketing, advertising, data privacy, and consumer protection. Your proactive approach will involve identifying potential risks, assessing their impact, and developing mitigation strategies to safeguard HighLevel and its partners.
  • • Key responsibilities will include conducting thorough reviews of affiliate marketing materials, promotional activities, and partner agreements to ensure compliance with HighLevel's policies and applicable laws. You will investigate and resolve compliance-related inquiries and disputes from affiliates, internal teams, and external stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor and mediator.
  • • This role demands a strategic thinker who can balance the need for rigorous compliance with the desire to foster a thriving and productive affiliate program. You will collaborate closely with various departments, including Affiliate Management, Legal, Marketing, Product, and Investor Relations, to ensure a unified and compliant approach to affiliate marketing.
  • • You will be tasked with creating and delivering comprehensive training materials and resources for both internal teams and affiliate partners on compliance best practices and policy updates. Your ability to communicate complex compliance concepts in a clear, concise, and actionable manner will be essential for fostering a culture of compliance across the organization.
  • • Furthermore, you will contribute to the continuous improvement of our compliance processes and tools, identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency gains. You will maintain accurate and detailed records of compliance activities, investigations, and resolutions, ensuring audit readiness and providing data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions.
  • • Your work will directly impact HighLevel's risk exposure, the strength of our partner relationships, and the overall success of our business. You will be empowered to make informed decisions, acting with objectivity and in the best interest of the company and the long-term sustainability of our affiliate channel. This is an opportunity to make a significant impact in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, working with a product that is revolutionizing the sales and marketing landscape for businesses worldwide.
  • • You will approach ambiguity with discipline, meticulously gathering facts and weighing risks before recommending or implementing solutions. Your ability to handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and maintain objectivity is paramount. You understand the responsibility that comes with being an escalation point and are adept at navigating sensitive situations with professionalism and tact. Your contributions will be vital in upholding HighLevel's reputation and ensuring ethical and compliant operations within our affiliate program.
